Our nation is at the Reckoning that I experienced one day in a teacher conference. Our embedded beliefs about race, culture, rights, privileges, and abilities are flawed. We must challenge the beliefs, acknowledge the flaws, confess to the harm, and create new ideas...new ideas that will grow a better stronger democracy.
The most gratifying moments in relationships are those that support trust, protect voice and expression, and nurture Understanding.
